90 Day Fiance alum Anfisa Nava embarked on her fitness journey soon after the show. She is now a certified personal trainer who is evaluating her knowledge and consistency by preparing for her upcoming competition.
She took to Instagram a couple of days before stepping on the stage for her latest obsession, i.e., bikini competition. Twenty-eight-year-old Anfisa flaunted her incredibly fit physique in her recent Instagram stories.
Nava shared the pictures merely days before her bodybuilding competition. In one of the mirror selfies, Anfisa lifted her tank top, showing off her abs, which is a result of her consistent diet and exercise routine.
Her second upload features a full-length mirror selfie that highlights her incredibly toned back and glutes. The former 90 Day Fiance star even added the text “2 days out” on this upload that seems to have been clicked in a bathroom.
Anfisa later posted a selfie after landing in town for her bodybuilding competition. She added the text “touchdown” on her Instagram upload by mentioning that the temperature was 51 degrees. She wore a serious expression while being covered in her light-coloured coat. The TLC star has undergone significant changes over the years. Nava now looks healthier, more toned, and more shredder than ever.

Anfisa Nava is not new in the fitness industry. She had her first-ever bodybuilding competition in 2019. This was when she secured second position in novice, as well as in true novice. She also took fifth position in the open competition.
The former 90 Day Fiance castmate became a certified personal trainer in 2019. Anfisa Nava has since been competing in bodybuilding competitions, training her clients, and modeling for Bombshell Sportswear. She has also tried her hands in various other endeavors ever since she moved from Russia to the United States.
The personal trainer received US citizenship in 2022 and is currently featured in a popular reality show, House Of Villains Season 1. Anfisa is working beside several other controversial and notorious stars from various reality TV shows in the E! show.
