Tammy Slaton Husband, Caleb Willingham’s Cause Of Death Revealed
When Caleb Willingham passed away at 40, no one knew why. Shortly after, his wife, 1000-Lb. Sisters star, Tammy Slaton, said she was addressing it. Yet, she then claimed that it was “personal” and never gave much of an answer. Fans wondered if it was weight-related or a broken heart. Tammy and Caleb had met at a weight loss rehab facility. However, after fourteen months, she was able to leave. Unfortunately, Caleb was not and she went home while he had to stay at the facility. It appeared the two of them were drifting apart and Tammy was no longer interested in the marriage.
Divorce rumors swirled and then, Caleb passed away. A funeral was shown being filmed for the new season of the show though it appeared to be staged. At the same time, no cause of death had been revealed until now. According to Radar Online, Caleb Willingham died of natural causes. Prior to his death, Willingham was discovered unresponsive. CPR was performed on him in an attempt to resuscitate but it was too late. However, it is to be made clear that an official autopsy report has not come out.
Therefore, this is just evidence-based and it does seem this was purely natural. Tammy Slaton’s husband was not alone when all of this happened. A staff member of the facility was by his side. Tammy just released a message to honor Caleb on what would have been their one-year anniversary. She is open to dating again and does have a dating profile on Facebook. However, she has not shared if she has found someone new in the process as she has worked very hard on herself.

Coming in December is a new season of 1000-Lb. Sisters. When Season 4 ended, Tammy Slaton and Caleb Willingham had just tied the knot. Now, they are struggling as he is backsliding in his weight loss progress. The further back he goes, the longer it will take for him to get surgery and come home. More so, it will likely take fans through the downfall of their romance. Yet, they are not the only ones fighting as Tammy’s sister, Amy Slaton is going through it with her husband, Michael Halterman.
