From the get-go, viewers realize they are full of lies and deceit. For instance, Hamza had lied about his age to Memphis and didn’t feel like signing a pre-nup.
After all this, the couple still managed to marry one another and even went on a honeymoon. The show even captured how Memphis realized she was pregnant shortly after and even brought Hamza to the US with the K-1 visa. But only after a few months of living in the States they called it quits and got a divorce. Now, Memphis is claiming she is a victim of marriage fraud.
90 Day Fiance: Memphis Smith Exposes Hamza
Memphis Smith has been a single mother for over a year now. Viewers got to see her marriage with Hamza Moknii come crashing down only after a few months. Since then, she has been in Michigan and her partner in Chicago. Viewers thought they had moved on from one another, but apparently now. That’s because the 90 Day Fiance celeb dragged her ex down.
She took to her Instagram to tell fans how she had a “role to play” in the famous TLC show. Memphis took to her Instagram platform to “raise awareness” about “Immigration Marriage Fraud.” As per her, she had been dealing with the aftermath of the same for a couple of years.
At the same time, Memphis refrained from sharing personal experiences on the platform. She had been “preserving” it for the right people. The celeb wanted to raise awareness about the same, as there is “not much support” out there for victims when kids are involved. Fans must remember how she gave birth to her and Hamza’s daughter in October 2021.
90 Day Fiance fans were shocked at these allegations. They earlier believed that the former couple was civil as they had agreed on co-parenting their kid ever since Hamza moved away to Chicago. So far, he has not yet made any statements on his defense or reacted to Memphis’s Instagram Reel.

At first, they admired him because the star would refrain from bad-mouthing his ex even if she would do it to him. But it seems like Hamza had clearly had enough. So, he took to social media to take a massive dig at his baby mama, Memphis.
The Tunisian native put a text up on his Instagram handle saying, “No more relationship with [emoji] American woman [emoji].” He laid emphasis on his words even more by adding “zero” at the bottom. Viewers wondered if something happened between the former couple again. But Hamza didn’t explain himself further after the post.
