Brandan from Oregon and Mary from Candoni, Philippines, met on a dating app. They saw each other in person after two years, when he moved to the Philippines. Mary became pregnant with Brandan’s baby within three months of his arrival. To make money, they decided to open a store outside their house. In order to start the business, Mary took a loan from her friends. However, she griped that Brandan never helped her at the store because he was busy playing video games.
Mary had one day left before she had to marry Brandan. At that point, she revealed that things were going well between them. Mary had also started to get along well with his mom, Angela. Brandan and Mary weren’t fighting anymore. However, Mary was stressed for another reason. She revealed that she always budgeted money and tried to pay down their debts. She said Brandan wasn’t helping her at all, and he was well aware of that fact. Mary started having second thoughts about marrying Brandan because she didn’t want to spend the rest of her life with a man who can’t manage money.

Mary was interested in buying a phone to record vlogs and make money, but Brandan wanted to spend those funds on a video game. She didn’t like that.
The video revealed that the 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way couple still haven’t figured out a way to make money, and that Brandan’s still consumed with gaming, even though he’s now a father.
