Amy Slaton, much like her sister Tammy, shares her frequent life updates with fans online. The former reality TV star took to her TikTok account on Monday, October 30, to share a sad video. Her upload left her followers feeling uneasy as she was unhappy on her birthday.
The cast member filmed herself breaking down in tears sitting alone at her home on her thirty-sixth birthday. Amy donned a floral blouse styled with her beanie, as her blue locks were visible from under it.
Amy appeared without makeup, but the filter gave her glowing skin and fuller eyelashes. The 1000 Lb Sisters star sang, “It’s my birthday, and I’ll cry if I want to,” while filming the video as tears spilled down her cheeks.
Slaton mentioned in the caption, “Oct 28th 2023.” Seemingly, it was when she was all by herself on her birthday. This TikTok video sparked concern among 1000 Lb Sisters fans, as some of them rushed to the comments to express their worries.
One of them congratulated her on her birthday, followed by asking why she was sad. The second fan then guessed her divorce to be the reason. The third internet user penned, “Oh Amy, this broke my heart. You deserve a good bday. You are doing amazing, mama.”

Amy and Michael Halterman share two kids- Glen and Gage together. He was initially fined for the dissolution of their marriage in March this year. Then, 1000 Lb Sisters star filed a domestic violence charge in February but later dropped it.
The former couple fought a long court battle that lasted for over six months. As per the court documents obtained, Amy and Michael finalized their split on September 6, 2023. Thus, the memo stated that their marital settlement agreement had been approved.
It also read their settlement was “incorporated by reference as if set forth verbatim, and the parties are ordered to obey the terms thereof.” The parents of the two then decided to split the custody of their boys, Gage and Glen.
